The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.  Agents with this designation have valuable real estate education and ongoing specialized information, programs and updates that keep them knowledgeable on the issues and trends facing home buyers.



The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers in recognition of their knowledge and expertise. Designees are required to have 60 transactions or $30 million in volume in the past five years.  Agents in the Pro Program have 10+ years as a licensed real estate agent, 150 transactions total or an average of $1 million per year with at least 40 transactions, and 16 hours of RRC Education.  CRS Designees have superior knowledge, connections and tools to be more productive.



The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation.  It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance.  The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.


NAR’s e-PRO® certification program helps REALTORS® master the advanced digital marketing techniques of today.  With the e-PRO® certification, REALTORS® increaste their ability to reach customers, expand their capabilities, and build trust by safeguarding client information.



Those with NAR’s PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certification have enhanced skills in procing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.



The SFR® certification teaches real estate professionals to work with distressed sellers and the finance, tax, and legal professionals who can help them, qualify sellers for short sales, develop a short sale package, negotiate with lenders, limit risk, and protect buyers.



The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification is for real estate professionals who want to work with current and former military service members.  The MRP certification program educates REALTORS® about working with U.S. service members and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support.  Agents with the MRP certification have an understanding of the processes and procedures involved in a military relocation and how these impact service members’ relocation and housing choices, the ability to explain the basics of VA financing and access to members-only marketing tools and resources.


The Certified Real Estate Team Specialist certification is designed to improve team development, individual leadership skills, and financial performance.  The courses provide the tools, strategies, and knowledge that are required of today’s real estate professionals who are either considering or currently operating in a team environment.

The At Home with Diversity certification is designed to help agents work successfully with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market.  It helps agents to learn diversity sensitivity, how to apply fair housing laws in your business, and ways to develop professional guidelines for working with people in the increasingly multicultural real estate market.  The curriculum to obtain this designation includes topics of diversity, fair housing, risk reduction, cultural demographics, globalization, the philosophy of inclusion, avoiding discrimination, predatory lending, and business planning.



The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties.  By earning the SRES® designation, agents are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.
